Websites · new builds and redesigns

A business website that makes the phone ring.

I build business websites from scratch and redesign existing ones - for conversion and technical SEO, so that enquiries actually come in. One pair of hands: I scope it, design it, write the copy and ship it myself, and the code lands on your repository from day one. SEO and GDPR are included. Describe the project and you get a fixed bid in writing: one price, the scope and the date.

§ 01 Sound familiar?

Three reasons the phone stays silent.

I.

It looks like 2015

People judge a company by its website in 2 seconds - an old look reads as "probably a weak company" and they call someone else before they ever meet you. If you hesitate to put the link in an ad or send it to a client, that already says everything.

lost customer
II.

Google does not show you

The company works, but nothing comes in from the internet. I build sites that Google understands and ranks higher - technical SEO from day one, not as an add-on.

no visibility
III.

It exists, but it does not sell

Pretty is not the same as effective. Traffic arrives, but the site never leads to contact and never says where to click. I rebuild it around one goal: the visitor leaves their details. Copy, layout, call to action.

zero conversions
§ 02 Where I start

Redesign or a new business website - which one?

Path A

A new company website from scratch

No website yet, or the current one is beyond saving? I design and build from a blank page: structure, copy, look, SEO. WordPress if you want to edit content yourself, or a light static site if raw speed is what matters. Delivery measured in weeks, not months.

Path B

A redesign of the old site

The site exists, but it puts people off? I work with what you have - URLs, content and Google rankings stay in place. New look, new layout and copy that leads to contact. Usually a few working days, and the site keeps running the whole time. You lose no content and you do not disappear from the internet while the work happens.

Not sure which path is yours? Send the link, or tell me there is no site yet - I will say it straight. And if you sell online, have a look at WooCommerce stores.

§ 03 What exactly I do

What the price covers - not just a template.

Not a brochure to look at - a tool that brings in enquiries. A concrete scope, not a "premium package".

Technology chosen for your case

WordPress if you want to edit content yourself. A static site if raw speed is what matters. Either way: fast and readable on a phone, because that is where people check you first.

WordPress or static

Structure and copy that lead to contact

Usually: home, services, work, about, contact - plus whatever subpages your industry needs. I write the copy myself, around one goal: the visitor leaves their details.

copy included

SEO and GDPR included

Schema, sitemap, speed, correct meta tags, plus a privacy policy and cookie consent - from day one, not as a paid "package" or an upsell.

standard, not an add-on

Analytics from the start

GA4 and Tag Manager configured and included - from day one you know where visitors come from and what they do on the site, before you spend a single zloty on ads.

GA4 + GTM

A form that actually captures leads

A working contact funnel with spam protection - every enquiry reaches you straight away. Plus 30 days of post-launch support included - after that, optional care packages.

leads + support

The code is yours from day one

The repository sits on your account from the first commit, domain and hosting registered in your name. No vendor lock-in - you can take everything and move on whenever you want.

no lock-in

A deadline measured in weeks

A redesign is usually a few working days. A new site takes weeks, not months: for reference, the full rebuild of Złota Faza took 5 weeks from the first call to production. You get the date in writing together with the price.

weeks, not months
§ 04 How it runs

From the form to launch day.

Six steps, no surprises - at every one of them you know where you stand.

1.

A call - 30 minutes, no commitment

You send the form and I get back to you personally to set up a short call. You say what your company needs and what the site is for - from the first minute you are talking to the person who will build it.

no commitment
2.

Architecture before code

I design the structure of the site and pick the technology to fit the problem, not the other way round - all of it in writing.

in writing
3.

A fixed bid in writing

One price, the scope, the schedule and the start date. No "from X PLN" brackets and no hidden costs.

no price list
4.

Weekly sprints with a demo

Every week you see a working demo. The code lands on your repository from day one.

demo every week
5.

Staging and testing

The site is built on a staging copy; only the tested whole goes to production.

staging → prod
6.

30 days of support included

I stay with the project after launch. A month of fixes and support is included, then optional care packages.

§ 05 Proof, not promises

A real project, real numbers.

Złota Faza is exactly this kind of site - the shop window of a service company (electrical installations). A redesign after which the Lighthouse performance score went from 38 to 100.

§ 07 Questions

Before you describe the project.

I do not publish a "from X PLN" price list. Once you describe the scope, you get an individual bid in writing: the exact scope, the price and the date. I match the scope to the problem - a simple redesign and a large site with a bespoke design are completely different jobs, so the numbers differ too.

A redesign of an existing site is usually a few working days, and the site keeps running the whole time. A new site takes weeks, not months - for reference, the full rebuild of Złota Faza took 5 weeks from the first call to going live. You get the exact date in writing together with the price.

That is normal and it does not block the project. I write the copy myself - copy that leads to contact is part of the job, not an add-on. Photos: I work with what you have, fill the gaps with graphics, and give you a concrete list of what is worth sending over.

Yes. The code lands on your repository from day one, and the domain and hosting are registered in your name. No vendor lock-in - if you ever want to change who builds for you, you take everything and move on.

Yes. Technical SEO (schema, sitemap, speed, correct meta tags) and GDPR (privacy policy, cookie consent) are standard from day one, not a paid "package" or an upsell.

First I look at what can be saved and refreshed - a redesign is cheaper and faster, and your URLs, content and Google rankings stay in place. If the site is beyond saving, or you do not have one yet, I build from scratch. I will tell you straight once I have seen what you have.

I help you choose and configure hosting and a domain, but everything is registered in your name - the accesses, the code and the repository are yours from day one. No vendor lock-in: if you ever want a different developer, you take the whole thing and move on.

Yes - I work 100% remotely with companies in Poland and abroad. The cooperation runs on specifics: price and schedule in writing, a demo every week, work on staging before production, and direct contact with me. More about how fully remote web development works.
