Privacy policy.
Here I explain in plain language what happens with your data when you use codecollab.pl - when you send the form or fill in the Diagnosis. No legal jargon, but with the specifics. If anything is unclear - write to me and I will explain.
Who the data controller is
The controller of your personal data is CODECOLLAB Krystian Kacik, 333, 34-735 Podobin, Poland, EU VAT PL7372244067. Contact for GDPR matters: krystian@codecollab.pl.
What data I collect and why
- Contact form: name, e-mail or phone number, the content of your message - so that I can reply and prepare a quote.
- Diagnosis (wizard): your answers to the questions plus, optionally, your e-mail - so that I can send you the diagnostic report.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or performance of a contract / taking steps at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who I share data with
Data from the forms goes into my CRM (on my own server in the European Union), and notifications and confirmations are handled by e-mail through Google (Gmail). That is all - I do not sell data, I do not pass it to marketing companies, I do not use it for profiling.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous statistics - which pages are popular, how long people read the texts. They load only after you give consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored. You can withdraw consent at any time - the link is in the footer / in your browser settings.
Technical files (session cookies that keep the site running) are set without consent - without them the site simply does not work.
How long I keep data
- Enquiries about quotes: up to 24 months from the last contact - in case the conversation resumes.
- Invoices / accounting documents: 5 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify it (when it is incorrect),
- erasure (the "right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability to another controller,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
The fastest way to exercise most of these rights is to write to me at krystian@codecollab.pl. I answer personally, with no "passing it on to a department".
No selling of data
I never sell, rent or exchange your data with third parties. The studio is a one-person operation, so every person with access to it is called Krystian.
