One person, one point of responsibility.
From the first conversation to deployment I run the project personally. I write the code. I make the technical decisions. When something breaks at 10 pm, I am the one who picks up the phone.
I work with B2B companies in Poland and abroad. For 8 years commercially, in production - since 2018. Most clients stay with me for ongoing care.
First contact is usually an e-mail or the form. I always reply personally. If the topic sounds sensible and looks like my territory, we book 30 concrete minutes about your project.
After that call you get it in writing: what I understand from your problem, the scope I propose, a concrete price and the date I can start.
Once we sign, I work in weekly sprints. Every week you get a demo (a 15-minute meet) and a concrete update on our shared channel. Everything lands in your repository from day one - the code is yours, not mine.
Most clients stay for ongoing care or a retainer after the first project.
Written down after the tenth time I had to tell a client "no" - and it turned out better for both sides.

I know what things cost. I do not drag it out - and I do not do that to you either. After the first call you know whether we are going ahead.
No "synergy", no "digital transformation", no "end-to-end solutions". I explain technical decisions so that your accountant understands them.
"Krystian talked less and did more. He quoted it, gave a date, delivered."
The stops that mattered, without the sugar. Each one taught me something - and each one shows in the way I work today.
Redesigns, pulling heavy projects back on track, building websites and stores, ongoing support.
Backend systems under NDA - finance modules, admin panels, performance and security under real load. Plus putting AI to work inside team processes.
The start of my production work - WooCommerce stores and payment integrations for clients abroad. The first projects that had to survive real traffic and real money. Before that, company websites and small stores as practice before production.
No certificates on the wall, no fine words. What counts is what is deployed and running in production at a client.
Stores, applications and B2B systems in production. Most of them under NDA.
Computer Science · Software Engineering.
A WooCommerce plugin and a TypeScript library - with tests and CI. No client code in there.
Describe the project in a few sentences. I will reply personally - with what I understand from your problem, the scope and the price. Concrete, no ranges.
