Company site rebuild - from 38 to 100.
The company site of a one-man electrician near Mszana Dolna. Redesign and rewrite on WordPress + Elementor, a full measurement layer and GDPR setup. Lighthouse Performance from 38 to 100, full page load ~1.3 s.
New layout,
same craft.

The starting point.
The previous version carried a heavier, less considered layout, and the audit showed one thing above all: Performance 38/100 (the full breakdown of all four categories is below). The offer blurred, there was no coherent contact funnel and no measurement layer.
After launch.
A dark, cinematic direction with a clear hierarchy and the yellow brand accent. A fast, mobile, fully indexed site with working analytics and a contact funnel. Full page load ~1.3 s on desktop, all four Lighthouse audits at 100/100.
Four audits,
one jump.
The headline number: Performance 38 → 100. In the full breakdown: Accessibility 76 → 100, Best Practices 54 → 100, SEO 67 → 100.
Where these numbers come from: the four category scores are Lighthouse audits; the headline number - Performance 38 → 100 - was re-measured on 21 June 2026 (the previous version of the site no longer exists, so the "before" measurement cannot be repeated today). Load times (TTFB ~320 ms, full page load ~1.3 s) come from a field measurement: one browser session, desktop, good connection, 30 May 2026. The heaviest asset is the background image (~785 KB) - converting the hero to WebP, planned for Q3, will add a further gain on mobile.
What exactly
went live.
- I
WordPress + Elementor (Full Site Editing)
A company site on Hello Elementor + Elementor Pro. Hero with a "Book a service" CTA, seven services, an "About me" section, key strengths, contact with a map and a form, plus Projects and Pricing subpages.
- II
Measurement layer
Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel (through PixelYourSite) - ready for campaigns and for counting leads honestly.
- III
GDPR compliance
Consent banner and consent management (Complianz GDPR), privacy policy and cookie policy - analytics only loads after consent.
- IV
On-page SEO
Full meta set (title/description), canonical, Open Graph and Twitter Card, plus correct indexing directives (index, follow).
- V
Contact funnel
A contact form plus direct CTAs - phone, e-mail and WhatsApp - one click away from every section.
- VI
Work on staging
The whole build ran on a separate, password-protected environment at stg-zlotafaza.codecollab.pl - only a finished, tested version went to production.
Looks right
on every screen.
Mobile-first, smooth breakpoints and touch targets sized for a thumb. The same hero, offer and calculator - readable on a monitor, a tablet and a phone, with no horizontal scroll.

A quote that
counts itself.
Instead of "ask for a price" - an interactive calculator that estimates the cost of an installation live. The client sets the parameters and the quote recalculates instantly. That is real lead qualification: before the form arrives, the client knows the order of magnitude and leaves their details with something concrete attached.
A funnel that
closes the contact.
A clean, readable "Write to us" form with validation and a GDPR consent wired into the privacy policy. Submitting it fires an event in GA4 and Meta Pixel - every lead is measurable.
Next to the form, a full set of direct CTAs: phone, e-mail and address - the client picks the channel that suits them.
- GDPR Data processing consent in line with the privacy policy
- GA4 + PIXEL Form submission as a measured conversion
- MULTI-CTA Phone, e-mail and location one click away
From "nobody calls"
to 100 out of 100.
Five stages, one rule - every decision has to move the client closer to picking up the phone. That is how I ran Złota Faza. And that is how I run every project after it.
- 01
I start with questions, not with a design.
First a call and hard facts: where the clients actually come from, what they say, what they do not understand. Without that, the prettiest site will not sell a single nail.
1call instead of a brief - 02
An audit with no mercy.
Four Lighthouse audits, plus an analysis of the content and the paths through it. I write down every single thing that costs leads - from slow loading to the missing, obvious "call me".
38→100Performance - 03
A design that sells.
A dark, workshop-like direction with the yellow brand accent. The hierarchy is built around one decision: call, or leave your details.
1iteration to sign-off - 04
I build and measure everything.
A rewrite on WordPress + Elementor, an interactive calculator, a form with GDPR consent, GA4 and Meta Pixel. Every click measured, nothing left to guesswork.
~1.3 sfull page load - 05
Launch and the result.
Four audits at 100/100 and a site that qualifies leads on its own. The client did not get a business card - he got a sales tool.
100×4 Lighthouse audits
Not just a site - a whole campaign.
After the launch I prepared a full set of advertising visuals for Złota Faza, for social and campaigns: one key visual, the offer and a separate tile for each service - a single visual language from the site through to the posts.
Talked less,
did more.
"I will be honest - in our trade people promise a lot. Krystian talked less and did more. He quoted, he gave a date, he delivered. The site is up, Google sees it, clients are coming in. If anyone is looking for a proven partner for their business - I recommend him without hesitation."
Common questions
about a project like this.
A company site on WordPress + Elementor with a measurement layer, GDPR setup and on-page SEO is priced for the scope in front of me. You get a fixed bid in writing after one 30-minute call - the amount, the scope and the date.
Złota Faza took 5 weeks from the first call to production: week 0 - call and diagnosis, week 1 - technical audit, week 2 - design direction, weeks 3-4 - build on staging, week 5 - launch and measurement. A comparable scope usually closes in 4-8 weeks, depending on the scope and on how fast the materials arrive from the client.
Yes. A large part of my work is exactly this - pulling neglected sites back into shape. Złota Faza had Performance 38/100 and a measurement layer that was not firing. I start with an audit in writing (a fix / postpone / remove report), then stabilisation, then further work. If the problem is a slow store, see WooCommerce store speed-up as well. I only take work with access to the code from day one.
Yes - I work remotely with companies across Poland, Ireland and the rest of the EU. B2B invoice with EU VAT PL7372244067. Złota Faza is a local client (Mszana Dolna), but location makes no difference - the whole process, from the first call through staging to launch, runs remotely. Phone: +48 797 722 310, 9:00-20:00 on working days.
