What happens after you send it.

   I reply - personally

   I read every enquiry myself and answer within 24 h. Either we book a call, or you hear straight away that it is not my territory - and I point you to someone who will do it better.

2. ii.

   Twenty minutes

   Meet or phone, does not matter. You say where it hurts, I ask for the details. I leave with a note: what I understand and what I propose.

3. iii.

   A concrete proposal

   You get the full set to decide on, in writing: the scope, the number of hours, the price and a start date. Billed by stage, after you sign off each stage - no surprises halfway through.
