Meet or phone, does not matter. You say where it hurts, I ask for the details. I leave with a note: what I understand and what I propose.

A concrete proposal
You get the full set to decide on: the price, the scope of work, the payment schedule and a start date. Everything agreed up front - no surprises halfway through.
