Web development · 100% remote from Poland

Web development for companies - fully remote.

My name is Krystian Kacik and I build websites and WooCommerce stores as a senior fullstack developer, 100% remotely from Poland. The Złota Faza company site took 5 weeks from the first call to production. You describe the project, I come back with a fixed bid in writing: scope, price, date. Full offer: website build and redesign.

§ 01 Process

How building a website works, step by step

Six steps, no surprises. At every one of them you know where you stand.

1.

A call (30 minutes)

You say what your company needs and why it needs a site - from the first minute you are talking to the person who will build it.

2.

Architecture before code

I design the structure of the site and pick the technology for the problem, not the other way round - in writing.

3.

Fixed bid in writing

A specific price, scope, schedule and start date. No "from X" and no hidden costs.

4.

Weekly sprints

Every week you see a working demo. Code lands on your repository from day one.

5.

Staging and testing

The site is built on a staging copy; only the tested whole goes to production.

6.

30 days of support included

After launch I stay with the project. A month of fixes and support is included, and a fixed support plan afterwards is optional.

§ 02 Scope

What the build includes - from SEO to analytics.

Technology picked for the problem

WordPress when you want to edit content yourself or you are planning a WooCommerce store. A fast static site when loading speed and security are what matter.

SEO included, not an upsell

Heading structure, meta descriptions, structured data and a sitemap from day one. A site Google understands before you spend anything on ads.

GDPR done, not promised

Privacy policy, cookie consent and a compliant form - implemented, not "to be added later".

Fast on a phone

A large share of your customers arrive on mobile. Core Web Vitals in the green means fewer abandoned visits and cheaper ads.

§ 04 Where I work

Your country does not get in the way - the work runs online.

I work 100% remotely from Poland, on CET - one time zone away from most of Europe, so we share the same working day. That is how I started: on production in 2018, building WooCommerce stores and payment integrations for clients in Ireland. Written English day to day, everything handed over on a repository, decisions in writing rather than in corridors.

Invoicing is EU B2B, EU VAT PL7372244067 - reverse charge for companies registered for VAT in another EU country. Contracts, quotes and reports in English. The first call, the scope, the build and the launch all happen online, so distance changes nothing in the pace or in the price.

Send your scope, and the quote comes back in writing within 24 hours - wherever your company is registered.

§ 05 Why remote

Remote web development - lower cost, faster iterations.

01

Simple cost structure

You pay for the real work of one senior developer - a simple, transparent quote.

02

Direct contact

You talk to the person who writes the code, and decisions happen on the spot.

03

The same person

From the quote, through the build, to support after launch - one pair of hands, one point of responsibility.

04

Concrete and in writing

A quote with a specific price, scope and date. No "from X" and no hidden costs.

§ 06 FAQ

The questions you would ask anyway.

Three things: how many pages it has, whether the content already exists or has to be written from scratch, and the integrations - forms, bookings, payments, a store. That is why a "from X" range tells you almost nothing about your own project. You get the real number for your scope as a fixed bid in writing, after one 30-minute call.

It depends on the scope, but the reference point is simple: the Złota Faza company site took 5 weeks from the first call to going live on production. I work in weekly sprints, so every week you see a working demo. The date is part of the quote - in writing, before you decide anything.

WordPress when you want to edit content yourself or you are planning a WooCommerce store. A static site when speed and security come first and the content changes rarely. My own site is built statically on Astro - see the codecollab.pl case study. I pick the technology for the problem, not the other way round.

I help you choose and configure hosting and a domain, but everything is registered in your name. Accesses, code and repository are yours from day one - no vendor lock-in. If you ever want to change developer, you take the whole thing with you without asking me.

Yes. I started on production in 2018 building WooCommerce stores and payment integrations for clients in Ireland, and I have worked 100% remotely ever since - now from Poland, on CET, one time zone away from most of Europe. Since then: 30+ WooCommerce deployments. The work runs on specifics: quote and schedule in writing, a demo every week, staging before production, and direct contact with me at every stage. The full scope of what you get is on the offer page: website build and redesign.

§ 07 Next step

No website yet? Describe the company.

Write a few sentences about what your company does and what you need - I come back with a fixed bid in writing: scope, price, date - within 24 hours. And if you already have a site, add the link and I will tell you straight what to fix first. If it is not my territory, you will hear that too.
