Check your SPF record.
SPF tells receivers which servers may send on behalf of your domain. I check the record, syntax, the "all" ending and the DNS lookup count most stores trip over.
What to fix, in this order
Nothing to fix in this check.
Before you ask.
What is the 10 DNS lookup limit?
Every include, a, mx, exists and redirect in an SPF record is a DNS query, including those nested inside other services' includes. Above 10 the receiver stops evaluating and treats SPF as an error. Stores with hosting, Google Workspace, an SMTP plugin and a newsletter at once exceed it most often.
What is the difference between ~all and -all?
"-all" tells receivers to reject mail from outside the list, "~all" marks it as suspicious. With working DMARC "~all" is enough, and "-all" can hurt when you forget to add a new service.
I have two SPF records, is that a problem?
Yes, a serious one: receivers treat two records as no SPF. Every mechanism must sit in a single TXT record.
Would you rather have meset it up and watch it?
WooCommerce store support plans from 1,200 PLN net per month, no minimum term. For a 20-minute call I keep two fixed slots: Tuesday and Thursday, 18:00-19:00 CET.
