Does your store e-mail arrive?
Enter your store or company domain. In a few seconds I check the six things Gmail and Microsoft evaluate on every message and tell you in plain words what to fix first.
What to fix, in this order
Nothing to fix in this check.
Before you ask.
Where does the 0-100 score come from?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC weigh most (80 points together), MX 10, BIMI and MTA-STS 5 each. Missing BIMI or MTA-STS does not lower the score, because for a small store they are options, not requirements. Below 55 means part of your order and contact e-mails probably lands in spam.
Does this test whether my store actually sends e-mail?
No. The tool reads public DNS records, which is what receivers check on every message. Whether the SMTP plugin in WooCommerce still works after the latest update is something I check by hand as part of store support.
Why was DKIM not found although I enabled it?
I check 44 common selectors (Google, Microsoft, popular gateways and hosts). If your provider uses another name, enter selector:domain in the DKIM tool, e.g. s2048:yourstore.com.
What do you do with the domain I enter?
Nothing beyond the check. The domain is not stored. Your e-mail address is stored only when you ask for the report by e-mail.
Would you rather have meset it up and watch it?
WooCommerce store support plans from 1,200 PLN net per month, no minimum term. For a 20-minute call I keep two fixed slots: Tuesday and Thursday, 18:00-19:00 CET.
