How does a domain end up on a list?
Most often through a compromised mailbox, an unprotected form used to send spam, an infected website or shared hosting where a neighbour spammed.
How do I get delisted?
Remove the cause first, then request delisting at the list operator (Spamhaus, SURBL, URIBL). Without removing the cause the listing comes back within days.
